About the Author
Robert Wright Campbell (1927 - 2000) was the author of numerous critically acclaimed novels, plays and scripts including Oscar nominated The Man of a Thousand Faces and the American Book Award nominated The Spy Who Sat and Waited. His first Flannery series novel The Junkyard Dog won an Edgar and the first Whistler series novel In La-La Land We Trust was chosen as one of the best crime novels of 1986 by The Washington Post.
